Premier Tents Limited Warranty

What this warranty covers

This warranty applies to:

  • Products bought new. It does not cover used, refurbished, or "as-is" items.

What is not covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:

  1. Wind and weather. Damage from wind, gusts, storms, rain pooling, snow, hail, or lightning. Canopies must be weighted or staked at every leg at all times, in any weather, and taken down in high winds.

  2. Normal wear and tear. Fading, abrasion, scuffs, scratches, minor corrosion, and gradual loss of water repellency.

  3. UV exposure. Fabric breakdown or color fading from prolonged or continuous sun exposure, including canopies left standing for long periods.

  4. Improper setup, use, or storage. Not following the instructions, forcing parts, pinched or bent components, storing the product wet, or storing it unpacked.

  5. Accidents and misuse. Dropping, vehicle impact, vandalism, fire, heat sources, cooking under the canopy, or overloading the frame with hanging items.

  6. Modifications and repairs. Alterations, repairs by anyone other than Premier Tents, or frames used with tops, parts, or accessories not supplied by Premier Tents.

  7. Rental and permanent installations. Products used in a rental fleet, or left standing as a permanent or semi-permanent structure.

  8. Shipping damage. Damage that happened in transit must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, with photos of the damaged product and packaging, as a freight claim rather than a warranty claim.

  9. Customer-supplied artwork. Color matching, resolution, spelling, or layout of artwork that you supplied or approved on a proof.

  10. Cosmetic issues. Anything that does not affect how the product works.

  11. Incidental costs. Labor, travel, event costs, or loss of use.

What we will do

If we confirm a covered defect, Premier Tents will, at our option:

  • Send a replacement part for you to install (most frame repairs are a single leg, truss, or connector).

  • Repair the product.

  • Replace the product with the same model, or a comparable one if the model is no longer available.

  • Refund the purchase price of the defective component, if repair or replacement isn't practical.

We pay standard ground shipping on parts and replacements sent to you within the US and Canada. If we ask you to return a product for inspection, you pay return shipping; we refund it if the defect is confirmed as covered. Expedited shipping, customs brokerage, and duties are your responsibility.

Replacement printed tops are reprinted from the artwork on file. Reprint times follow our normal production schedule.

How to make a claim

Send us your claim within the warranty period and within 30 days of finding the defect.

  1. Email us your claim details at orders@premiertents.com.

  2. Include your proof of purchase (invoice, order number, or receipt) and the product model, such as Hex 40 10x10.

  3. Attach clear photos of the defective part, plus one photo of the whole product set up (if it can be set up safely).

  4. Describe what happened and how often the product has been used.

  5. Keep the defective part until we have closed your claim. We may ask you to return it.

We will reply within 3 business days to confirm receipt and tell you next steps.

Limitations and your legal rights

Repair, replacement, or refund as described above is your only remedy under this warranty.

Any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the length of this written warranty. Some states and provinces do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limit may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state and province to province. For customers in Canada, including Quebec, nothing in this warranty limits any rights you have under your provincial consumer protection laws.

No dealer, agent, or employee can change or extend this warranty. This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
