Our HEX canopy line continues that mission with hex-shaped aluminum legs, reinforced trusses, commercial-grade tops, and fast setup.

HEX leg strength

Choose your strength. HEX 40 rides on 45mm hex-shaped upper and lower legs; the flagship HEX 50HD steps up to massive 55mm legs for the most rigid, wind-ready frame we build. Both outperform standard square-leg pop-ups — the hex profile resists bending where ordinary tubes flex.

Reinforced truss system

Strength runs through the whole frame. HEX 40 uses heavy-duty 25×13mm trusses; the HEX 50HD upgrades to ultra heavy-duty 35×18mm trusses with cast-aluminum fittings — built to take repeated setup, takedown, and hard event use without loosening up.

Durable canopy top

Every HEX top is cut from 600D high-performance polyester engineered for stronger water resistance, superior UV protection, and the longevity to hold up season after season. CPAI-84 fire-retardant compliant, available in 8 in-stock colors or full custom print.

Secure LEG LOCKS

HEX 40 uses a quick lever-release lock for fast, tool-free leg adjustment. The flagship HEX 50HD steps up to pull-pin adjusters with cast-aluminum fittings. Both are engineered for smooth operation and a firm, positive lock through years of repeated setup and takedowns.
