Where do I send my artwork for my custom printed products?
For faster service and convenience, send Premier Tents your logo or any other artwork to reproduce on your canopy and/or accessory. It is often more convenient to send via email, but for larger files you may need to send them via Drop Box (5mb and larger). Please contact our sales representative to discuss your options.
Uploading Artwork
When you are requesting a customized product quote on our website, you will have the ability to upload your artwork file that is saved on your computer. To add a file, click on the browse button. This will allow you to find the file on your computer. You will see a browse window that will let you navigate to your art file. The process is very similar to attaching a file to an email message. Find your logo file and click the “open” button. Next click “upload” to send your artwork file and attach it to your customized product quote request.

What file format should I send?
Option 1: Silk Screening: Best if producing a large number of products, with small artwork needs (ex. one color, one location, small print, etc).
Please send your artwork to Premier Tents as clean line art (vector art). The best file formats for silk screening are either AI, PDF or EPS. The artwork contained in these files must be vector however, please consult with our printing department to confirm. If your artwork is in color, please specify the exact PMS (Pantone Matching System) color used.
Option 2: Dye-Sublimation: Best if producing a small number of products, with highly detailed artwork (ex. many colors, gradients, photos, font packages, etc).
Please send your artwork to Premier Tents as an Illustrator file (.ai), or EPS file (.eps). The file should be as large or larger than the specified printing dimensions to avoid any loss of resolution. Due to the size of these files, they often require using Drop Box. Please contact us for specific instructions.
Ideally, digital images should be vector artwork (not bitmap/raster) and saved in Adobe Illustrator AI format, EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) or PDF (Portable Document Format).
Please do not send raster images (.jpeg, .gif, or .png) that are embedded within another file, such as a Microsoft Word document. These files will NOT work for large printing purposes.
We also have the capability of printing photographs directly onto any of our custom products. This cutting-edge technology allows for great clarity and resolution of your photos as well as endless new advertising potentials. We need photo files that are at least 14 – 16 MB.
Please Note: JPEGS, BITMAPS, TIFFS and WORD DOCS cannot, in most cases, be used for artwork. Internet graphics (JPEG, GIF, TIFF and other bitmap files) are not vector based formats. The original file must be in a resolution that meets or exceeds the printed logo size in order to be able to use it. Please contact us for more information if needed.
What if I want a PMS Match?
Many of our imprint methods allow for us to closely match the imprint color to a specific requirement. If you need a specific color matching service, please provide us with the PMS color numbers where applicable. PMS stands for Pantone Matching System. By utilizing PMS numbers, we can match your color branding standards as closely as possible. For more information on the Pantone Matching System, feel free to contact us directly.
Please understand that all monitors are different and the color you see on the screen (or printed through your printer on paper) will differ when viewed in person. Due to inherent technical differences in color monitors, the imprint color and product colors depicted in the electronic proof may not precisely resemble those in the final product.
We make every effort to match the requested custom color, but cannot guarantee a 100% exact match. Imprinted custom designs are applied using silk screens and/or dye-sublimation to fabrics of different base colors. During the silk screen process, these inks are hand mixed as close as possible to the requested color, but may vary 2 to 4 shades. For this reason, we cannot guarantee an exact PMS match.
Dye Sublimation utilizes computer programs to designate ink color and injects the Italian inks directly into the fabric, thereby creating a final custom product which is much closer to the exact color chosen.
